Located over the road from Bellerive beach with its mountain views across the river, 10 min drive from Hobart CBD.
A short walk or drive brings you to the Bellerive village with is cafes, shops, bars, supermarket & waterfront.
There is public transport nearby and plenty of lovely walks & bike paths around the area.
THE SPACE
Our home has been renovated with visitors in mind... a cosy lounge kitchen area with pellet heater, lots of light and sunshine. Curl up on the window seat with a good book or drink and relax.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine & dryer supplied. Both bedrooms have bathrooms one, an ensuite, the other a full size bathroom with claw foot bath.
The back deck is the perfect spot to sit when the sun comes out and enjoy a cuppa or a glass of local wine.
On arrival you will be supplied with a small breakfast hamper of eggs, fresh sourdough and butter, plus some local homemade jam.
