Wave Song Beach House, a newly renovated 1930s cottage with an ocean-facing sauna in one of the few absolute waterfront properties in Bicheno.

Nestled at the bottom of the property, approximately 35 meters from the house, is an almost private, shell-laden beach, perfect for exploring incredible rock pools. The yard is fully fenced and offers complete privacy. With three separate decks, you'll always find a sunny spot to relax.

The house features four bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed, one with a king bed and an ensuite, and another with a bunk bed and a trundle. There are two living rooms: one in the original wing of the house and a new open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space facing the ocean.

Inside, the cottage is cosy and inviting, featuring a wood-fire heater, two heat pumps, heat panels in the bedrooms, and electric blankets to ensure your comfort. The original cottage has been updated with new flooring, carpet, curtains, and comfortable beds, providing an ideal setting to unwind and experience the best of Bicheno.

For those who enjoy exploring, a track on the waterfront side leads along the foreshore directly into the town centre, just a 10-minute walk away. Walking five minutes in the opposite direction will bring you to the beautiful Redbill Beach.
